He-Man? The Manliest of men? Powered by pure Menergy? He even has a massive phallic-shaped sword and rides a bloody Tiger! I mean... how manly do you need to be?
His sister is hot, he battles a man who's half skeleton, he lives in a castle shaped like a skull and he regularly beats up half-men-half-animal bad guys. To be more masculine he'd have to... to... he'd actually have to *be* a giant penis to be more manly.
I'm sorry, but I think they live in a world where men are men and women are women, and nobody is even vaguely curious.

but I still think he's gay. Waving, long and blonde hair, a ridiculous amount of muscle because of non-stop working out in a highly dubious fitness studio, a leather speedo with fur and some weird high boots, really don't scream manly, if you ask me. Especially that hot-sister-argument can't be a valid defense... I can already see them exchanging clothing tips >:C
and the sword? it SCREAMS overcompensation for something...
